HOW TO PLAY
THE BASICS
It's Family Day! Compete across multiple games throughout the day. After each game, the admin enters everyone's scores and the leaderboard updates live.
Scoring: 1st place = 5pts, 2nd = 4pts, 3rd = 3pts, 4th = 2pts, 5th+ = 1pt
The player with the most total points at the end of the day wins!

SPECIAL MOVES
Everyone gets 3 special moves to use across the whole day - one of each type. You must declare your move before a game starts. Once the game begins, it's locked in!
📋 COPY — Pick another player. You get whatever score they get.
🔀 SWAP — Pick two other players. Their scores get swapped. You can't include yourself!
✌️ DOUBLE — Your score for that game is doubled. High risk, high reward!

PREDICTIONS
Before each game starts, you can predict who will win. If you guess correctly, you earn +1 bonus point on top of your score for that game.

HANDICAP SYSTEM
To keep things close, the person in 1st place gets a small point deduction from their total — but only if they're ahead of 2nd place. If it's a tie at the top, no handicap applies.
How it scales:
After 3 games: leader loses 1pt
After 6 games: leader loses 2pts
After 9+ games: leader loses 3pts (max)
The penalty isn't stored — it's calculated live. So if someone else takes the lead, the penalty shifts to them instead. You can see it as an orange badge on the leaderboard, and in the score breakdown when you tap someone's points.
The admin can turn this off in the Games tab settings.

🔥 Win Streak — Win 3+ games in a row and earn a streak badge.
👑 Comeback — Finish last in any game but climb to the top 3 overall.

Head to the Trash Talk tab to send short messages. Hype yourself up, call out your rivals, or just have fun. Keep it friendly... or don't. 🗣️
